Say Bye Bye To The “What If Blues”

Are you suffering from the “What If Blues”?

fear of failureIt is that little voice in your head that whispers; Yeah but, what if… every single time you set a goal or want to do something new.

It is the voice that protects us from getting hurt.  The voice that doesn’t want us to take risks.  The voice that makes us play it safe, that keeps us in our comfort zone.

It is also the voice that holds us back, that keeps us from reaching our big goals and the voice that keeps us from being successful.

What If

If you listen to “What if she says no?” you will never find true love.

If you listen to “What if they unsubscribe from my email list?” you will not send out the offers that your audience wants and needs, and they will buy from someone else.

If you listen to “What if no one shows up?” you will never host a workshop that can bring in 10K or more.

Of course you can always ignore that little voice inside your head, but it is there to protect you.  The better way is to reframe the question and come up with your own “What if”

Reframe The Question

“What if she says no” becomes “What if we go out and have a great time?

“What if they unsubscribe from my email list?” becomes “What if my email is something they’ve been looking for and they buy?

“What if no one shows up to my workshop?” becomes “What if I can make $10,000 even if only 10 people show up to my workshop?

Those “What ifs” will prompt you to take action and move you to success.

In the mean time you should do everything in your power to eliminate the basis for your what ifs. 

Find out where the girl you want to ask out likes to go and mention that.
