Paul Evans at The Barefoot Executive’s Event
I have talked quite a bit about using video in your event marketing. Video and events go together like peanut butter and jelly, wine and cheese and any other wonderful combination you can think of.
Since I have spent a couple of amazing sessions with Carrie Wilkerson (the Barefoot Executive) and Paul Evans at NAMS, I wanted to share them with you. Carrie is showcasing Paul on her event marketing video.
Paul and Carrie each had an inspirational keynote at NAMS, and they taught together as well. Individually they are great speakers, motivational and funny, but together they are the Dynamic Duo. They are successful and know their stuff, but more importantly, they know how to teach it. (And isn’t that what your events are about?)
Paul literally had me crying at his keynote, I was laughing so hard. He can have you crying the other way as well, because his story is sad, yet uplifting.
In this brief video from Carrie’s BOSS event, he talks about perfection. It is a quick clip that Carrie posted to promote her event.
If you have speakers at your events, make sure that you post a video of them speaking on YouTube, and overlay your event information. It gives your potential audience a taste of what they can expect.
