A few weeks ago, I asked my subscribers what their biggest problem or obstacle is when planning a workshop.

I received some great answers and I used this input to put together my new free teleseminar training series:

Many questions I got asked about how to get the butts in the seats and get qualified prospects to the event.

Michele PW is one of the hottest copywriters and marketing strategists around and has written the sales pages and marketing materials for numerous 6 and 7 figure events. She will share her secrets on how to create sales materials that get the “butts in the seats.”

Other questions dealt with how to actually come out even or ahead with your event. And that is very important. You don’t want to host workshops if you are going to lose money with them.

I asked my mentor to talk about that, because he is a master at teaching soloprofessionals and service providers how to package their expertise to make it easy to buy from us.

Adam Urbanski hosts several 6 figure boot camps per year. He will tell us all about how to create information products for and from our workshops to get more revenue streams that continue to produce income long after the event is over.

Many  also wondered how to upsell their audience without being to pushy or salesy, especially after their attendees already paid to attend the event.

The expert I found for this is Allison Babb Phillips, a small business coach. She is hot of her own sold out workshop only a couple of weeks ago. She will let us know the secret to monetizing your workshop and turning prospects into clients.

Finally, I received questions about finding affordable locations.

This is my area of expertise and I am excited to teach this, as I haven’t done any teleseminars about this yet. I will let you know how to find little know locations for your workshops that will save you a fortune. I will also let you know how to establish your credibility with the venue give you an edge with your negotiation.
