A large part of event planning and managing is dealing with the inevitable crises that pop up during the event.  Here is my bonus Winning Workshop Secret:  Be sure you are not the one dealing with the crises that WILL happen at your own workshop or event.  You need to be focused on your content and delivering your brilliance, so that your audience will want to tap into that some more.  Anything that distracts from that will hurt your ability to deliver your content and convert your attendees into clients.
