The purpose of most workshops is to make money. Even if you host workshops to fill your marketing funnel, the purpose is … to make money.  After all, that’s why we are in business.  Here are 3 tips to increase the sales at your workshop.

  1. Present An  Irresistible Offer
    You will want to “package” your products or services. Once you have your product and services packaged, you are ready to sell it at your workshop through your “Irresistible Offer”.  Your irresistible offer is a deal they just cannot turn down, because it has so much value that it would be stupid not to buy it.  It has to be a hundred dollar for nothing deal.  This is just an example of course, but you get the point.  You need to structure your “Irresistible Offer” with so many bonuses and discounts that it becomes a no-brainer to buy your solution now.
  2. Create Urgency
    The Time is Now - ClockYou also want to build in urgency, so a time limit is of the essence.  No bonuses or discounts when the event is over.  It may be tempting to offer the bonus or discount when your clients contact you after the event.  Or when they say that want to think it over, discuss it with their spouse, business partner or whomever.  Don’t make that mistake.  You need to reward quick decision makers. Now you can always offer them a guarantee, a no questions asked money back guarantee and that will also help them make that decision more quickly.
  3. Offer A High Ticket Package
    There will always be people who will buy your highest price offering, so make sure you have several packages available for purchase.  The best number is 3; a lower priced one, a middle of the road and your high price offer. Don’t miss out on selling high ticket items because you didn’t have them available.  Sometimes selling only a couple of your high priced items will bring in more than the rest of the workshop combined.  Your lowest priced package will be your most popular, after that, surprisingly, many times the highest priced packages will sell the most. So be sure to have a high ticket item for sale.

Your high ticket item can be a combination of your signature info product together with your personal services.   When you package the two, you will create a product that is very valuable to your clients and raving fans and it will increase your profits exponentially.
